The Events Committee is a crucial component for the success of the San Diego East County Chamber of Commerce. The committee is responsible for coordinating with the Chamber staff, Chamber members and the community, to both create and execute, successful and profitable events. The committee is compromised of volunteers from Chamber members, the community and the Board of Directors and is a backbone for the Chamber. The committee is a great way to become involved with the Chamber and lend your vision, creativity and hard work to some of the region’s signature events. The Events Committee plans the annual Chamber events consisting of the: Annual Dinner and Gala in February, the Grip it and Rip it Golf Tournament in May, the Politics in Paradise Legislative Forum in August and the Women in Leadership Luncheon in October.
