Internship Listing Job Board – A list of potential Interns, available through Grossmont, Cuyamaca College and Grossmont High School Adult Education Program for your business.  Search by interest category or alphabetically.

Build Your Business with 50% off Labor Grants!

East County Career Center – Receive up to 50%  off your labor costs for up to six months for new hires under the On The Job Training employment program.  Its really easy! Contact Training Coordinator, Marian Kubota, at or 619-590-3917.

The other program is our Expanded Subsidized Employment (ESE). In this program the employer receives reimbursement at a varying rate – 100% for the first two months, 50% for the next two months, and 25% for the next two months. East County Career Center Youth Programs – assists youth with coursework, after school activities, entry into the workforce, and acceptance into college.

Grossmont Union High School District – Get Involved!
Job Shadowing, Mentoring, and Interns for Business.

Career Tech Education Department.  Visit their website and offer an in-class visit to share about your business and the careers available or provide job shadowing and mentoring.
