Welcome to San Diego’s East County.  The San Diego East County Chamber of Commerce represents the cities of La Mesa, Lemon Grove, El Cajon and the community of Rancho San Diego.  The Chamber also has members from the neighboring city of Santee, and the communities of Alpine, Spring Valley and Lakeside.
