Mission: To promote a better understanding of business in the region, to provide training and education to the local community at large, and to solicit, hold and disburse funds and property for the public benefit programs arranged through the San Diego Regional East County Chamber of Commerce.
San Diego Regional East County Chamber Foundation PMS Youth Program Grant Program Applicant Criteria
The San Diego Regional East County Chamber of Commerce is the respected voice of and advocate for improving business opportunities, public policy and business resources throughout San Diego County. Regional Coverage and Relationships – The Chamber service areas include El Cajon, La Mesa, Lemon Grove, Rancho San Diego, Santee and Jamul, as well as members throughout all of the East County Region and the County/City of San Diego.
Purpose: The Chamber Foundation is excited to offer grants to 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations in East County that provide youth enrichment and development programs for individuals through high school. These grants are made possible through the generous support of Professional Maintenance Systems, with the goal of empowering and enriching the lives of young people in our community.
Criteria for Applicants:
● Provide EIN #
● Provide Non-Profit status document showing the organization is a 501(c)3
● Provide 2023 – 990 Tax Return
● Legitimacy of Organization ○ Chamber Foundation will verify status through Charity Navigator or Guide Star
● Chamber Member in Good Standing
● Provide Summary of what the funds were used for by December 31, 2025.

Applications are available to submit now. The application process will close on May 16, 2025. Applications will be reviewed during the last 2 weeks of May, 2025 and the funds will be distributed during the first week of June, 2025.
